Academic Qualifications

Dr. Amr Kamal Abdel Majeed Bass graduated from the Faculty of Pharmacy, Al-Azhar University in Assiut in 2004, with an overall grade of Excellent with Honors.

He obtained his Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, specializing in Pharmaceutical Medicinal Chemistry, in 2016.

In 2021, he earned his PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, also specializing in Pharmaceutical Medicinal Chemistry.

Academic Career and Professional Positions

Dr. Amr Kamal began his professional career after graduation by working at the National Organization for Drug Control and Research.

In 2012, he was appointed as a Teaching Assistant at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Al-Azhar University in Assiut.

In 2017, he joined the Faculty of Pharmacy, Menoufia University as an Assistant Lecturer.

After obtaining his PhD in 2021, he was promoted to the academic rank of Lecturer.

He previously served as the General Coordinator of the Clinical Pharmacy Program at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Menoufia University.

Since 2023, he has been serving as the Director of the Clinical Pharmacy Program at Menoufia National University.

Research Activity

Dr. Amr Kamal has contributed to the field of Pharmaceutical Medicinal Chemistry through several scientific research papers published in peer-reviewed international journals.
